Browser-based tool

QR Code Generator

Build typed payloads first, then add gradients, dot styles, logos, and framed exports without leaving your browser.

Design a scan-safe QR workspace

Start with the payload, choose a preset, then refine style and download either the raw QR or a framed card.

Caution Waiting for generation.

Typed forms reduce payload mistakes and improve scanner behavior.

Style presets

Start from a safe preset, then customize colors, frame, and logo.

Step 1

Content

Choose a payload type and keep the source data correct before styling it.

Step 2

Style

Keep contrast high, quiet zone generous, and decorative effects inside safe bounds.

Style guardrails

  • Margin: keep at least 4 modules as quiet zone.
  • Gradient: use dark-to-dark ranges, not pale colors.
  • Dots: dot mode looks best at larger output sizes.

Step 3

Logo & Frame

Put decoration around the QR, not through the QR. The checker will warn when the logo or frame gets risky.

No logo selected.

Card exports always keep a solid background behind the QR for safer scanning.

Step 4

Scan Check

Heuristic checks plus local decode tests. Great for catching risky styles before export.

Good Waiting for generation.

    FAQ

Does this upload my payload to a server?
No. Generation, diagnostics, and self-tests run locally in your browser.
Can I export both the bare QR and a framed card?
Yes. The preview workspace generates both QR-only PNG/SVG files and framed card PNG/SVG files.
Why do gradients and dot styles get warnings?
Stylized modules are attractive, but low contrast and tiny module sizes can reduce scan reliability.
Do you store Wi-Fi passwords or contact payloads?
No. Sensitive payload values are not persisted to localStorage or URL parameters.
