Workflow and shortcuts A quick guide for the most common path.
1. Set the format first

Match the input and output format at the top so every step below uses the same rules.

2. Load one source

Open a single file, drag it in, or paste subtitle text directly into the editor.

3. Review only what changed

Export from the generated result right away, then use Preview or Issues only when a cue needs fixing.

Shortcuts: Ctrl/Cmd + Enter re-run analysis, Ctrl/Cmd + S save the result, Ctrl/Cmd + Z undo, Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z redo.

Format setup

You can change the input extension and output type at any time. Time formatting follows the selected export type automatically.

Applies to the file picker when you open a source file.
The content follows the output format, and the extension sets the filename.
Current format settings Input format Auto-detect / filter All supported files -> output CSV / extension .csv
Export time format CSV timeline cells use the SRT-style 00:00:01,000 format.

Load a subtitle file or paste text

Open one file, drag it in, or paste raw subtitle text. The generated result updates first so you can export quickly.

Drop a CSV, SRT, or VTT file here, or click to browse Supported examples: .csv, .srt, .vtt, .txt. If a CSV timeline uses commas together with 00:00:01,000, wrap the timeline cell in quotes.
The Open file button and drop area use the same analysis flow and update the generated output immediately.
If you paste over a loaded file, the pasted text becomes the new source for the next analysis.

Generated output

Copy, download, or save the generated subtitle content in the currently selected format.

Review and quick edits

Start with the exported result, then open Preview or Issues only when a cue needs cleanup. Changes update the output and issue list together.

Select two or more consecutive cues to merge them and update the output instantly.
