In 3-way mode, Compare snapshots the current Base pane and refreshes the conflict analysis.
Use chunk arrows, then keep refining the current output pane until the remaining differences match what you want.
Shortcuts: Ctrl/Cmd + J next change, Ctrl/Cmd + K previous change.
